I have training in a wide variety of modalities including Shiatsu, Anatomically Specific Rehabilitative Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching, Lymph Drainage and Thai Yoga Bodywork. My clients experience not just relief and relaxation but long-term health benefits as well.
I work holistically by taking into account the individuality of each client's life-situation and ailment. My straight-forward approach to stress-relief and pain-management stems from a fundamental interest in how our bodies work and the myriad ways modern life impacts us.
